These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products and services from ClaroWatt LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By purchasing our products or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
ClaroWatt LLC sells solar monitoring hardware including the Touch Pro and Link Pro product lines. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ClaroWatt LLC. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continue development. We make reasonable efforts to keep product pages accurate and current.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize ClaroWatt LLC to charge the full amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
We ship to addresses in the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. ClaroWatt LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. Contact info@clarowatt.com to initiate a return.
ClaroWatt LLC warrants its hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or installation contrary to our instructions. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
ClaroWatt devices include firmware and may connect to software services including the Sunny AI assistant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the firmware and software as provided with your device for personal or commercial use at your location. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our firmware or software.
We may issue firmware updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. Updates are applied automatically or manually at your option.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClaroWatt LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
ClaroWatt products are monitoring devices. They do not control, interrupt, or protect electrical systems. Do not rely on ClaroWatt devices as safety equipment or for any life-safety application.
ClaroWatt, the ClaroWatt logo, Touch Pro, Link Pro, ClaroWatt Ecosystem Network, and Sunny are trademarks of ClaroWatt LLC or its affiliates. All website content, product designs, firmware, and software are the intellectual property of ClaroWatt LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property except as expressly provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued purchase or use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
